We are so pleased with the service received from Andrew Letheren and family. We had a quick response about measuring up for Flooring and were measured, flooring chosen at the showroom and booked in two days later. They were very busy but said they could squeeze us in doing individual rooms at a time to get the house ready for us to move into, but much to our delight, the whole house was finished in one day. We had a mixture of carpet upstairs and vinyl downstairs and are very pleased with the result - no job was too big and every cupboard was floored, including the tiny under stairs one. We would definitely recommend and use again 🌟

Andrew has recently carpeted our renovation, there was a few concerns that come up, Annabel notified us, then went out of her way(even on weekends) to sort. I honestly can’t recommend Andrew Letheren Carpets enough. After being consistently let down by another company, I was desperate to get something sorted—and they completely came through for me. They spent so much time helping me choose the right carpet and making sure everything was the perfect fit. They delivered everything for me and were more than happy to take care of the fitting themselves, all on the same day. That level of service is so rare these days. They truly went above and beyond, and I’m so happy with everything they’ve done. They turned what had been a horrendous few months into such a positive, happy experience. Recently had a hall and stairway carpet fitted by Andrew and his team. The whole process from selecting a carpet with Annabelle in the showroom through to measuring and fitting went smoothly and efficiently and I'm delighted with my new carpet. Also received very useful advice re. potential hard flooring in the future and the team did a fantastic job of replacing two worn hard floor doorbars which had been fitted incorrectly. Would definitely recommend and use them again myself in the future.

We are really pleased with the floor coverings in our kitchen , conservatory and utility room . Andrew, Annabelle and their team were most helpful in their recommendations for suitable coverings and their attention to detail when fitting a very awkward situation was excellent . An excellent family business we highly recommend.

So impressed with how transformative my new flooring is! Really excellent job. My kitchen and bathroom are looking so much better! The flooring was expertly fitted, it's a high quality product and 5-star professionalism was shown throughout! Guidance as to how to enhance the layout (i.e whether to go for horizontal or vertical lines) was very helpful and one small room now has the impression of appearing more roomy. I'm delighted. Will definitely use this fabulous, friendly company again! Highly recommended.
